SHIPPING & RETURNS

UK Deliveries

Once we receive your order we aim to process, pack and dispatch your order within 1-3 days.

Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

We do not ship outside the UK at present

Shipping Costs

All items up to 2kg will be shipped using standard Second Class Royal Mail - £3.95

First Class (up to 2 kg) - £4.95

All orders over 2kg will be shipped via DPD - £5.95

All orders over £45 will be free standard 2nd class delivery.

In Person Collection

Orders placed for local pick up from Poole are available on

Monday | 3.00pm - 6.00pm

Thursday | 9.30am - 12.30pm or 4.30pm - 6.30pm

You will receive an order completion notification when your order is ready to collect. Upon collection please show your purchase email.

Returns

We have a 14 day returns policy after you receive your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in its original packaging.

Please contact jacky@mamos.uk to start this process. If your return is accepted you will receive instructions on where and how to send your package.

Buyer is responsible for postage.

Damages

We take care to package your products carefully so they are protected during transit. Occasionally unforeseen damages may occur. If your order arrives damaged please send us photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery. Once we establish this was caused in transit, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

We cannot refund or replace used items.
